If you can not sign in to your account, you may have mistyped your ID, password, or Google Authenticator.
Here are the steps to resolve login issues:
1. Mail Account
Make sure you entered a valid mail account.
Note: If you are not registered, please click here to register.
If you are still unable to log in, please contact support team.
Make sure you entered the correct password.
To reset your password, please follow the steps below.
1) Click Find Password
2) Enter your e-mail address and click 'Send' button
3) Click 'Next' after filling out the authentication number sent to your e-mail account
4) Enter new password, re-enter new password and click 'Next'
5) Initialization completed
3.Google OTP (2FA)
Make sure the Googld OTP is entered correctly.
Make sure that the time on your machine is set to automatic.
If you deleted Google Authenticator, please contact support team.
Note: After initialization, you can not withdraw within 24 hours.
